Administration Régionale Baie-James

The Administration régionale Baie-James acts for the benefit of Jamesians for any issues related to regional development. As such, it remains a privileged partner for the government. It supports the consultation of the partners and gives appropriate advice to the ministère des Affaires municipales et de l'Habitation. It produces and implements a five-year development plan that translates the Jamésienne vision of development for the region. It also enters into specific agreements with government departments and agencies involved in regional development, with a view to exercising certain powers and responsibilities for the implementation of regional priorities and for adapting Government actions and programs with regional property.
